Down Syndrome Awareness Day

On March 21, 2025, the date on which World Down Syndrome Day is celebrated, HT Micron employees took part in a symbolic initiative to raise awareness and show support for the cause of inclusion.

During the initiative, many employees wore colorful, mismatched, or different socks—a gesture that represents diversity and reinforces the importance of respect, inclusion, and appreciation for people with Down syndrome.

The initiative aimed to encourage reflection on the role each person plays in building a more inclusive and welcoming society for everyone.
