The HT Micron Social Responsibility Group is an initiative born from our commitment to community and social well-being. Our group, made up of employees, actively works to make a difference in people’s lives and the environment around us by carrying out various actions in conjunction with non-governmental organizations, city halls and educational institutions.
SOCIAL ACTIONS 2024
CHRISTMAS ACTION AT
ISAURA MAIA ASSOCIATION
On December 18th, the Christmas spirit took over the visit to the Isaura Maia Association. HT Micron’s Social Responsibility Group delivered gifts carefully adopted by employees, following the letters written by the residents. The action was accompanied by a special coffee, with cakes and savory snacks, promoting moments of sharing and joy.
CHRISTMAS ACTION
WITH MARMITAS DO BEM
On December 14, HT Micron’s Social Responsibility Group joined forces with the Marmitas do Bem project for a special Christmas event. Over the course of the day, 1,400 lunch boxes were prepared for distribution to vulnerable families. The action also brought joy to the children with the delivery of toys, some of which were donated by company employees. Moments like these reinforce our commitment to solidarity and our positive impact on the community.
VISIT TO THE RESIDENTIAL
OUR HOME
On November 27, HT Micron’s Social Responsibility Group paid a special visit to the Nosso Lar Residential Home, which houses 20 elderly people. The event began with the collection of cards, in which the residents expressed their Christmas wishes. During the visit, personalized gifts were delivered, accompanied by fun painting and motor coordination activities. The afternoon was made even sweeter with a café full of savory and sweet treats, providing moments of connection and joy.
MILK COLLECTION CAMPAIGN
BREAKS RECORD IN 2024
On October 5, HT Micron and its Social Responsibility Group donated 876 liters of milk to the Children’s Day campaign organized by the Marmitas do Bem association, surpassing the 700 liters collected in 2023. The team also prepared 550 lunch boxes, which were delivered to the Steigleder Occupation in São Leopoldo, reinforcing its commitment to solidarity.

COLLECTION FOOD
With the help of our employees, we managed to collect 352 kg of food in this year’s food drive. The Social Responsibility Group doubled this impact by acquiring a further 350kg, making a total of 702kg donated to the Boa Nova Institution, which used it to put together food baskets and lunchboxes for people in vulnerable situations.
SOCIAL ACTIONS 2023
DONATION CAMPAIGN: CHILDREN’S DAY
On October 11th, at Escola Acácia Mimosa de São Leopoldo, we delivered donations with which it was possible to assemble 100 kits of sweets and toys for the children at the school. In addition, we provide a fun-filled day with a trampoline, ball pit, hot dogs and soft drinks for all the children.
SOLIDARITY CAMPAIGN
VALE DO TAQUARI
On September 28, the Social Responsibility Group collected donations in the solidarity campaign for people affected by the rains in Vale do Taquari. Donations totaled more than 500 kg of food, as well as furniture and utensils. In addition to donations, the group helped assemble 102 basic food baskets for affected families in the region.
AN AFTERNOON OF CARE AND JOY
On August 24th, HT Micron’s Social Responsibility Group carried out a special visit to Residencial Nosso Lar, in São Leopoldo. During this visit, in addition to donations of personal hygiene kits and snacks, they provided activities and games that brought joy to the elderly. This experience reinforced HT Micron’s commitment to the community and the well-being of those most in need.
DONATION OF MATTRESS
Recently, HT Micron’s Social Responsibility Group delivered 50 mattresses to the Marmitas do Bem project to help families affected by the rains. This contribution was made possible thanks to the sale of recyclable materials, demonstrating our commitment to both social aid and sustainable ESG practices.
